Daled Shvat the Yurtzeit of the "Baba sali"

Today Daled Shvat was the Yurtzeit of Reb Yisroel Abuchatzera known as the "Baba sali", it is known the great connection he had with the Rebbe. the Rebbe was always in correspondence with him, and he held greatly of the Rebbe, when he was told that Lubavitcer Chassidim believe that the Rebbe is Moshiach he said "it fist him, he's worthy of it".

Once when a Misnaged was rebuking Chassidus and the Rebbe's Mivtzoim he commented "what does a fly with no wings understand in the great eagle (the Rebbe)".

Also when he would be in France, he would spend Chodesh Elul in Brunoy, and he would learn Lekutei Tora with Reb Nisson.
